Papagiorgis Pâtisserie in Corfu is a traditional pâtisserie, that has its own recipes. A lot of its products are seasonal and most of them made from local materials.
One of these materials is the local wild strawberry. It's a small variety of strawberries that is cultivated locally by a very small number of farmers.
The final product is a seasonal, highly limited in number jam, with a very distinctive flavour!
We were asked to design the label for this special product.
